Food Service Policy Exemption Requests

If you can’t find your preferred catering option from the list above, you may complete the Food Service Waiver Form. Anytime food is to be served at a campus event, the guidelines outlined in University Policy 709 must be followed. Therefore, this form covers groups who wish to:

  • Serve prepared food from off-campus vendors
  • Hold a bake sale or other food-related fundraiser on campus
  • Request a food truck for an event, or
  • Accept donated food from an outside vendor for an event

Requests must be submitted and approved before the event. Submitting the request does not guarantee approval.

Please contact Chartwells Catering before submitting the Food Service Waiver Form to see if they can accommodate your catering needs.
